Bio-Yogurt

Yogurt Health Benefits | Bio-yogurt contains health-boosting lactobacillus and Bifida bacteria. A healthy gut should be teeming with these, but stress, antibiotics and poor diet can allow “Unfriendly” bacteria to take over. Eating one pot of live yogurt a day can help to redress the balance, aiding the body to fight off infections, as well as allowing the gut to absorb other immunity-boosting nutrients efficiently. Yogurt also stimulates the production of antiviral agents, which enhance immune response and help to ward off cancer.

Live yogurt can help to prevent constipation and alleviate the bloating, gas and vaginal thrush often caused by an overgrowth of Candida yeast, which produces itching, burning and other uncomfortable symptoms. It can also avert antibiotic-related diarrhea and keep invading organisms in check, and it is thought to offer some relief from stomach ulcers. Some studies have found that the probiotics present in yogurt produce enzymes that are absorbed directly through the gut wall, which further strengthens the body’s immune defenses.

Yogurt Health Benefits has high calcium content, as well as traces of vitamin D, which help us to absorb calcium. It also contains other bone-building minerals, such as magnesium and phosphorus. Eating it regularly reduces the risk of developing the bone-thinning condition, osteoporosis.
