FRUIT SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 bunch white seedless grapes, destalked
- 150g/5 ½ oz/l cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 peach, pitted and chopped
- 100g/3 ½ oz/ ⅔cup blueberries
- 4 tbsp fruit juice of choice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- A pinch of ground nutmeg to serve
Cut the pomegranate in half horizontally and, using a wooden spoon, bash until the seeds fall out. Put them in a bowl with the other fruit. Combine the fruit juice, lemon juice and honey, pour it over the fruit and mix gently. Serve sprinkled with the nutmeg.
