Easy Pomegranate Recipes

FRUIT SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 bunch white seedless grapes, destalked
  • 150g/5 ½ oz/l cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 peach, pitted and chopped
  • 100g/3 ½ oz/ ⅔cup blueberries
  • 4 tbsp fruit juice of choice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg to serve

Cut the pomegranate in half horizontally and, using a wooden spoon, bash until the seeds fall out. Put them in a bowl with the other fruit. Combine the fruit juice, lemon juice and honey, pour it over the fruit and mix gently. Serve sprinkled with the nutmeg.
